Terms and Conditions of Writer

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use the App.
2. Intellectual property rights: Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the App and the material on the App. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
3. License to use the App: You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the App for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.
4. Restrictions: You are prohibited from a) Republishing material from the App; b) Selling, renting, or sub-licensing material from the App; c) Showing any material from the App in public; d) Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or otherwise exploiting material on our App for a commercial purpose; e) Edit or otherwise modify any material on the App; f) Redistribute material from the App except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution.
5. User-generated content: In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to the App, for whatever purpose.
6. Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of amounting to a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability or otherwise be contrary to the law of any country or territory where it is or may be published or received.
7. Your user content, and the use of your user content by us in accordance with these terms and conditions, must not: a) Be libellous or maliciously false; b) Be obscene or indecent; c) Infringe any copyright, moral right, database right, trade mark right, design right, right in passing off, or other intellectual property right; d) Be in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence; e) Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act; f) Be in breach of any provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 or the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; g) Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act.
8. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us, and our directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or suits arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including without limitation any user content submitted by you.
9. Breaches of these terms and conditions: Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may: a) Send you one or more formal warnings; b) Temporarily suspend your access to the App; c) Permanently prohibit you from accessing the App; d) Block computers using your IP address from accessing the App; e) Contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to the App; f) Commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise; and/or g) Take such other action as we reasonably deem appropriate.
